Deleting your account removes everything in it for good. It can’t be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your resumes, including their public links.
  • Your applications, job searches and Apply profile.
  • Your settings, API keys, passkeys and linked accounts.
  • Every file you uploaded or Hiresweep stored for you, such as profile pictures and generated PDFs.
  • Your paid plan, if you have one. It is cancelled, and your customer record at the payment processor is removed.
Applications you already sent stay with the employers you sent them to. Hiresweep can’t recall them.
Hiresweep has no single data export. Before you delete, download what you want to keep from each resume with Export → Download JSON, which you can import again later, or Download PDF. See Exporting your resume.

Delete your account

1

Open Delete account

Select Settings in the dashboard sidebar, then Delete account under Danger zone.
2

Type delete

Type delete in the confirmation field. The Delete account button stays disabled until the word matches.
3

Confirm

Select Delete account. In Delete your account?, select Delete my account.
Hiresweep signs you out and takes you to the home page.
You have to do this in the browser while signed in. API keys and connected assistants can’t delete an account.
