What Hiresweep does
Hiresweep helps you build resumes, tailor them to job postings with AI, find jobs that fit your resume, keep track of your job applications, and fill in and submit application forms on employers’ job sites when you ask it to. Some features are free and some are part of paid plans, as described on our pricing page.Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@hiresweep.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One person per account. Do not share accounts or create accounts to get around limits.
Your content
You own the content you put into Hiresweep, such as your resumes, profile, answers and files (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI provider that handles your request and to the employers you apply to. You are responsible for Your Content. Make sure it is true and that you have the right to use it.Applying to jobs
When you use Hiresweep to apply to a job, you are applying in your own name and you are responsible for the application.- Review before you submit. Hiresweep uses AI to fill in forms and draft answers. AI can make mistakes. Check what was filled in before you press Submit. If you turn on automatic submission, Hiresweep will submit forms without waiting for your review, and you accept that risk.
- What gets sent. Your resume and answers are sent to the employer and its application system. Once submitted, an application cannot be recalled by us.
- No guarantees. We do not guarantee that a form can be filled or submitted, that an employer will receive or read your application, or that you will get an interview or a job. Employers’ sites change often, and some block automated tools or require steps only you can complete.
- Jobs we find. Job Discovery lists jobs from the public job boards companies publish through hiring systems such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. We do not check those employers or listings. A job may be out of date, inaccurate or already filled, so look into it before you apply.
- Third-party sites. Job boards, LinkedIn and employers’ application systems are run by other companies under their own terms. Hiresweep is not affiliated with them. You are responsible for following their terms when you use them, including through Hiresweep.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:- invent or exaggerate experience, education, credentials, employment history or other facts in a resume or application, or impersonate anyone;
- use Hiresweep to send spam or mass applications, for example applying to large numbers of jobs you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for, or flooding an employer with repeat applications;
- break the terms of job sites, LinkedIn or employers’ application systems, or use Hiresweep to get around their security, rate limits or anti-bot measures;
- apply on behalf of another person without their permission (see “Using Hiresweep for clients” below);
- get around usage limits, allowances or payment, or share paid features with people who have not paid for them;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service, except where the law allows it;
- upload malware, attack or overload the Service, or try to access other users’ data;
- use the Service for anything illegal, discriminatory, harassing or fraudulent.
Using Hiresweep for clients
Some plans let career coaches, recruiters and agencies (“operators”) manage resumes and applications for other people (“clients”). If you use Hiresweep this way:- You must have each client’s informed consent, and the authority to act for them, before you create a resume, store their data, or apply to any job in their name. Keep a record of that consent and show it to us if we ask.
- You must give your clients the information the law requires about how their data is handled, including that it is processed by Hiresweep as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Only ask Hiresweep to email a client an approval request when that client expects to hear from you. We send it on your behalf, in your name.
- You are responsible for everything submitted on your clients’ behalf, and for your clients’ data while it is in your hands.
- When a client withdraws consent, stop applying for them and delete their data from your account.
Plans, payments and refunds
- Free use. You can build and export resumes for free. Assisted applying includes a small free allowance; after that it needs a paid plan, a pass or a pack of extra applications.
- Payments. Paid plans, passes, packs and credits are billed in advance through Stripe, by way of our billing provider Autumn, at the prices shown when you buy. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; you pay any taxes that apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.
- Allowances and credits. Plans and packs come with allowances, such as a number of applications or job searches per month. Unused allowances do not roll over unless we say they do. If a submission paid for with a credit fails, or a job search finds nothing, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
- Hosted AI. Plans include use of Hiresweep’s hosted AI up to the plan’s allowance.
- Refunds. Except for the returned credits described above, or where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@hiresweep.com.
- Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
