Hiresweep’s AI features run on Hiresweep AI, the AI built into the service. There is nothing to connect or configure: no provider, model or API key to add. Sign in and the AI features are ready.
Where AI runs
The resume builder itself, templates, exports and sharing work without AI.
What uses an AI action
Your plan includes a number of AI actions. Each request to Hiresweep AI uses one:
- each message you send to the agent, in the Agent workspace or in the builder;
- in the builder, each job post read, match score, suggestion rewrite and Resume check;
- each posting review, score, tailored resume and cover letter for a job in Applications;
- each time Hiresweep generates Targets or explains why found jobs fit;
- each PDF or Word import.
Some things never use AI actions: starting an agent chat, accepting, skipping or undoing a suggestion, adding a job to Applications, and the form filling during an application, which the application itself covers.
On the Free plan, AI actions are a one-time allowance that doesn’t refill. On Pro they refill each month. See Plans and usage for what each plan includes and where to see how many you have left.
When your AI actions run out, AI features pause and Hiresweep tells you when more arrive, if your plan refills. To
keep going right away, choose a bigger plan from Settings → Plan & usage.
Before you start
Hiresweep AI needs a verified email address. If you signed up with email and password, open the link in the verification email before using AI features. Until then, AI requests are refused with a message asking you to verify your email.
Your data
When you use an AI feature, the content that request needs, such as your resume or a job posting, is sent to the AI model provider Hiresweep uses. See the Privacy Policy for details.
