The command palette is a search box that opens on top of any page. Use it to start something new, go to a page or a settings section, find a resume or an application, and change your theme or language without leaving the keyboard.

Open and close it

  • Press ⌘ K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows and Linux. Press it again to close.
  • Or select Search or jump to… at the top of the dashboard sidebar.
  • Press Esc to close it.
Type to filter the list, use the arrow keys to move and press Enter to choose. Some items open a sub-page, such as Settings or Find a resume…. To go back, select Back or press Backspace while the search box is empty.

Actions

If Draft with the agent is greyed out with “AI isn’t available on this server right now.”, try again later.

Go to…

Go to… lists the same pages as the dashboard sidebar: Overview, Discover, Applications, Resumes, Agent, Clients (only for operators, see Working with clients) and Settings. Settings opens a sub-page with every settings section, such as Profile, Sign-in & security, Plan & usage and API keys. You can find a section by other words too: “billing” finds Plan & usage, “2FA” or “password” finds Sign-in & security and “MCP” finds Connected assistants.

Search your resumes and applications

Type at least two characters on the first page of the palette. Above the commands, you see up to eight matching Applications (by company, job title or status) and up to eight matching Resumes (by name). Resumes the agent is working on are tagged Agent draft.

Preferences

  • Change theme to… offers Light theme and Dark theme.
  • Change language to… lists every app language. Choosing one reloads the page.
See Setting preferences.

Keyboard shortcuts

On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever the table shows ⌘.

Everywhere

Resume builder

A and S work only while a suggestion card or one of its buttons has focus, never while you are typing. See Using AI in the builder.

Agent

⌘ Shift O doesn’t fire while you are typing a new request on the agent’s start page, so you don’t lose what you wrote. In an open chat it does, and your draft waits for you when you come back.

Discover

In the One at a time view of your matches, press A to add the job, D to dismiss it and S to leave it for later. See Discovering jobs.
